Cancel Reservation

A reservation is cancelled in HMS. This event is triggered when HMS sends an OTA_HotelResNotifRQ message with @ResStatus="Cancel".

  • Reservation confirmation number
  • Updated status (Cancelled)

Effect in ABRA

When this event is received, ABRA:
  • Updates the reservation status to “Cancelled”
  • Keeps the reservation record for historical reference
