Data Synced
- Full reservation details (re-synced)
- Customer notes from the guest profile
- All guest information on the reservation
Effect in ABRA
When this event is received, ABRA:
- Re-syncs the full reservation record
- Imports the note into the reservation notes system
- Queues the note for AI-powered processing to extract:
- Guest preferences
- Celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries)
- Golden nuggets (insights about the guest)
- Extracted data is created as pending items for staff review
