- Guest profile (name, email, phone, address)
- VIP status and loyalty membership
- Guest preferences (room preferences, dietary restrictions)
- Account notes attached to the guest
- Communication preferences
Effect in ABRA
When this event is received, ABRA:
- Creates a new guest profile with all available information
- Imports the guest’s address and contact details
- Records VIP status and loyalty tier if present
- Imports account notes and queues them for AI processing to extract preferences and insights
- Sets up guest preferences from MEWS profile data
