Your dashboard is your command center. Here’s what you’ll see:

Guests checking in today with their profiles, preferences, and celebrations.
Today's Departures
Guests checking out. Last chance to create a lasting impression.
In-House Guests
Everyone currently staying at the property.
Open Hurdles
Issues requiring attention, sorted by priority.

Open Search
Click the search bar or press / anywhere in ABRA
Type Guest Name
Results appear as you type. Search by name, room number, or confirmation.
View Profile
Click on the guest to open their Living Profile with full history.
Pro tip: Press / from any screen to instantly open search.
When you learn something valuable about a guest:Open Guest Profile
Find and open the guest’s profile
Click Add Nugget
Select the “Add Nugget” button
Enter the Insight
Be specific: “Training for Boston Marathon next month” is better than “likes running”
Save
The nugget is now part of their Living Profile forever
Good nuggets are specific, actionable, and timeless. Ask yourself: would this help a colleague serve this guest better on a future visit?
When a guest has an issue:Open Guest Profile
Find the affected guest
Click Log Hurdle
Select “Log Hurdle” from the actions menu
Describe the Issue
What happened? Be clear and factual.
Rate the Temperature
How upset is the guest? (1-10 scale)
Assign & Save
Select the responsible department. They’ll be notified immediately.
Every hurdle automatically sends an email notification. The right people will know instantly.
When you create something special:Open Guest Profile
Find the guest you delighted
Click Add Wow Moment
Select “Add Wow Moment”
Describe the Magic
What did you do? Why was it special?
Add Photos
A picture is worth a thousand words
Credit Your Team
Tag everyone who helped make it happen
Recognition matters! Tagged team members are celebrated for their contribution.
