Data Synced
- Reservation details (confirmation number, check-in/check-out dates, status)
- Room assignment and room type
- Guest information (primary guest and additional guests)
- Pricing (total amount, nightly rates, taxes)
- Number of adults and children
- How the booking was made (direct, travel agent, company)
- VIP status and loyalty membership
- Reservation notes and special requests
Effect in ABRA
When this event is received, ABRA:
- Refreshes all reservation details (same process as a new reservation)
- Updates guest profiles for everyone on the reservation
- Updates room assignments for each night of the stay
- Imports any new or changed notes for processing
- Updates the full pricing breakdown
