Reservation Created
A new reservation is created in Maestro.This event is also known as “New Reservation” in some Maestro configurations. Both are handled identically.
Data Synced
- Reservation details (confirmation number, dates, status)
- Room assignment and room type
- Guest information (name, contact details)
- Rate and pricing information
Effect in ABRA
When this event is received, ABRA:- Creates a new reservation record
- Creates or updates guest profiles
- Establishes guest-reservation relationships
- Records room and rate information
