## Getting Started

## Your Dashboard at a Glance

Your dashboard is your command center. Here's what you'll see:

## Essential Workflows

      <Step title="Open Search">
        Click the search bar or press <code>/</code> anywhere in ABRA
      </Step>

      <Step title="Type Guest Name">
        Results appear as you type. Search by name, room number, or confirmation.
      </Step>

      <Step title="View Profile">
        Click on the guest to open their Living Profile with full history.
      </Step>
    </Steps>

    <Tip>
      **Pro tip:** Press <code>/</code> from any screen to instantly open search.
    </Tip>

  <Tab title="Add a Nugget">
    When you learn something valuable about a guest:

        Find and open the guest's profile
      </Step>

      <Step title="Click Add Nugget">
        Select the "Add Nugget" button
      </Step>

      <Step title="Enter the Insight">
        Be specific: *"Training for Boston Marathon next month"* is better than *"likes running"*
      </Step>

      <Step title="Save">
        The nugget is now part of their Living Profile forever
      </Step>
    </Steps>

    <Note>
      Good nuggets are **specific**, **actionable**, and **timeless**. Ask yourself: would this help a colleague serve this guest better on a future visit?

  <Tab title="Log a Hurdle">
    When a guest has an issue:

        Find the affected guest

        Select "Log Hurdle" from the actions menu

        What happened? Be clear and factual.

        How upset is the guest? (1-10 scale)
      </Step>

      <Step title="Assign & Save">
        Select the responsible department. They'll be notified immediately.
      </Step>

    <Warning>
      Every hurdle automatically sends an email notification. The right people will know instantly.
    </Warning>

    When you create something special:

        Tag everyone who helped make it happen
      </Step>

      **Recognition matters!** Tagged team members are celebrated for their contribution.
