# Message Added

> MEWS note added to reservation event

# Message Added

A note or message is added to a reservation in MEWS.

## Data Synced

* Full reservation details (re-synced)
* Customer notes from the guest profile
* All guest information on the reservation

## Effect in ABRA

When this event is received, ABRA:

* Re-syncs the full reservation record
* Imports the note into the reservation notes system
* Queues the note for AI-powered processing to extract:
  * Guest preferences
  * Celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries)
  * Golden nuggets (insights about the guest)
* Extracted data is created as pending items for staff review
