# Customer Updated

A guest profile is modified in MEWS.

## Data Synced

* Guest profile (name, email, phone, address)
* VIP status and loyalty membership
* Guest preferences (room preferences, dietary restrictions)
* Account notes attached to the guest
* Communication preferences

## Effect in ABRA

When this event is received, ABRA:

* Updates the existing guest profile with current information
* Refreshes address and contact details
* Updates VIP status and loyalty tier
* Syncs any new or changed account notes
* Re-queues changed notes for AI processing if content has been modified
